Langley Resort Fort Royal is a hotel located at Petit Bas Vent in the commune of Deshaies, in the north of Basse-Terre, the western main island of Guadeloupe.
In Death in Paradise, it acts as Bay Cove Hotel (1:2), Dolore Sands Hotel (4:4), Paradise Bay Hotel (8:3), as well as Jacaranda Clinic (2:3). Many more scenes of the show are filmed here.
Unlike the leading actors and most guest stars, who usually rent villas, most of the crew and sometimes some actors stay here.
